How to Use the AI Salesforce Gateway
How to get started with the AI Salesforce Gateway by Astound Digital: account setup, the desktop bridge, connecting your AI tools, and asking your first questions.
On this page
The AI Salesforce Gateway puts your Salesforce, your documents, and Astound Digital's working practices inside Claude. You ask in plain English. It answers from live data, confirms before it changes anything, and records everything it does.
Get set up in four steps
- Create your account. Sign up with your work email and register a passkey. No passwords. See Authentication & Login.
- Download the desktop bridge. It runs in your menu bar or system tray, signs you in, and keeps your skills in sync inside Claude Code, Cowork, and Codex. Downloads are on the homepage.
- Connect your AI tools. Open your dashboard, click Connect, and follow the one-step instructions. Signing in with Salesforce connects every source behind it.
- Ask your first question. Try "Give me a full briefing on my biggest account" or "What is in my pipeline this quarter?" The skills are already installed.
